These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of transfer services, sightseeing tours, and vehicle rental with driver by Alma Lusa Tours, a company based in Lisbon, Portugal. Alma Lusa Tours has a diverse fleet of vehicles and holds all the necessary national and international licenses to operate. 

Services Provided 

Alma Lusa Tours offers the following services: 

• Transfer Services: Point-to-point transportation between designated locations. 

• Sightseeing Services: Guided tours to various destinations. 

• Car Rental with Driver: Car rental with professional drivers. 

Reservations and Confirmation 

Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or through authorized agents. Reservation confirmation is subject to availability and payment of the agreed amounts. 

Payment 

Payment can be made using the methods accepted on our platform. All prices are displayed at the time of booking and include applicable taxes.

Cancellations and Refunds 

5.1. Cancellation 
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations are non-refundable. 

5.2. Reembolsos 
Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the date of service.

• One or more passengers are not at the location at the agreed time and a new time has not been requested;

• Unreasonable changes to the schedule or route; 

• Lack of communication about intended changes;

Please note that refunds are issued for the full amount paid, minus the 3.5% commission charged by theStripe, payment platform, which is non-refundable.

Changes to the Reservation 

Changes are subject to availability. Alma Lusa Tours will make every reasonable effort to accommodate change requests.

Routes may be modified in case of bad weather, political events, or strikes.

Client Responsibilities 

Customers must provide accurate information at the time of booking. Additional costs resulting from incorrect information will be the customer's responsibility. 

Conduct 

Guests must maintain respectful and appropriate conduct during services. Alma Lusa Tours reserves the right to terminate services in the event of inappropriate or dangerous behavior. 
 

Responsibility 

Despite adopting safety measures, Alma Lusa Tours is not responsible for personal injuries, material damage, delays or other unforeseen events that may occur. 

Routes may be modified in case of bad weather, political events, or strikes.

Complaints 

Complaints must be communicated promptly to Alma Lusa Tours, which will seek to resolve the situation quickly. 

Passenger Insurance 

• Coverage: All passengers are covered by passenger insurance during their travels. 

• Complaints: In the event of an accident, the representative or driver must be contacted immediately. The necessary documentation will be provided. 

• Exclusões: Insurance does not cover personal property left in the vehicle or injuries resulting from inappropriate behavior or violation of safety rules. 

• Limitations: The maximum claim amount and coverage details are set out in the policy. 

• Responsibility: Passengers must follow all safety instructions. 

• Additional Insurance: Passengers who want more coverage should consider personal travel insurance. 

Applicable Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the district of Lisbon. 

By making a reservation with Alma Lusa Tours, the customer declares acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 
 

Privacy Policy 

1. Automatic collection of information 

When you access the Website, our servers automatically record data sent by your browser—for example, IP address, browser type and version, operating system, language preferences, previous page, pages visited, time spent, search terms, access times, statistics, etc. This information is used to identify possible abuse and generate usage statistics, without identifying any specific user.
